ESP8266 Died

Wi-fi module on one of ESP8266 which control air conditioning in my house died. Last week it started dropping off the network every few hours and today it had only 1 hour online. Re-flashing didn’t help. I had to replace the whole module (I bought a few spares last time). Next time when one of ESPs dies, I’ll just solder pins to the wires and install bent pinheader. Too bad I thought about it only after replacing all entities in Home Assistant (which is horrible experience).
