I’ve released yaxo 2.0. It can check
whether environment variable is set and start programs by that measure.
Moreover, all old conditions can be now negated, but this required a change
in rules syntax.
(sidenote: For example if !X now becomes !if X)
I also released Debian package with yaxo 2.0 on packages.sirlauda.com.
